Yell Creative is seeking a creative, experienced Senior Digital Producer to join our growing team. Working in a positive, dynamic environment, this role is responsible for the conception and execution of complex digital projects and campaigns.

You have a background in managing diverse digital projects, including complex site builds and deployments. You’re able to gather, interpret and document business and user requirements and turn them into effective, strategies, site scopes and creative briefs.

This role would be ideal for someone with:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience of working in in digital production or project management in a client or agency environment.
  • End-to-end digital production and project management skills and experience.
  • An optimistic problem solver who can find ways to get things done.
  • High personal drive, integrity, and energy, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ability to work well with co-workers, vendors, and partners.
  • Experience creating detailed project documentation, including: project scopes, functional specifications, design and development briefs, estimates and proposals.
  • Understanding and experience of multiple CMS and digital production platforms. In particular, experience in WordPress, Drupal, and adapting to custom CMS systems would be highly desirable.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of digital design fundamentals including UX design and user-centred design (UCD).
  • Design research experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience synthesising and producing design research deliverables is also highly desirable (personas and customer journeys).
  • The ability to take an idea or concept through to wireframing (UX pin or similar).
  • The ability to work well and communicate with people of all levels, including Executive Management.
  • An excellent at working well in a small team.
  • A practical and commercial approach to work, that supports the delivery of projects to budget.
  • An ability to self-generate work that contributes to business strategy.
  • Exemplary attention to detail.

To be successful in this role you must possess all of the following skills and attributes:

  • An extensive portfolio of diverse work that showcases your conceptual, commercial and strategic ability.
  • Natural ability to communicate effectively with all types of people.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience of working in a creative studio in a similar role.
  • Experience in front end web technologies: html, xhtml, CSS, Javascript, HTML5 campaign creation.
  • Thorough understanding of digital design fundamentals including UX design and user-centred design (UCD).
  • Good technical knowledge and skills (expert with Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate & inDesign).
  • Superb attention to detail.
  • Strong and comprehensive design vision across multiple mediums.
  • Outstanding project management and time management skills.
  • Brilliant at handling the pressures of a design studio.
  • Good understanding of the latest web trends and techniques.
  • Experience in and an understanding of financial services marketing.
