An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated Senior Digital Graphic Designer and strong conceptual thinker to work with our growing and varied client base. You will enjoy leading from the front and having a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.

You will have a demonstrated ability to respond to briefs across branding, advertising, marketing and video design with highly creative and intelligent solutions that strategically deliver on the requirements of the brief.

You have a background in digital, obsessively follow the latest technologies, and believe that no digital experience is perfect unless it delights customers in ways they never knew were important – but now can’t live without.

Trend-focused and with an enviable design flair, you will admire beautiful, stylish creative. You will be a natural communicator, a dynamic leader, and highly effective at time management, understanding the pressures of a commercial business and balancing creativity with deadlines.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create on brief, original ideas, taking them from scamp to delivery across all channels.
  • Present ideas with passion and flair, selling them in to key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute both large campaigns and small creative briefs to a high standard, on budget.
  • Create visual experiences that captivate our various target markets and have strong call to action.
  • Ability to work without supervision, showing initiative to get the job done.

experience

To be successful in this role you must possess all of the following skills and attributes:

  • An extensive portfolio of diverse work that showcases your conceptual, commercial and strategic ability.
  • Natural ability to communicate effectively with all types of people.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience of working in a creative studio in a similar role.
  • Experience in front end web technologies: html, xhtml, CSS, Javascript, HTML5 campaign creation.
  • Thorough understanding of digital design fundamentals including UX design and user-centred design (UCD).
  • Good technical knowledge and skills (expert with Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate & inDesign).
  • Superb attention to detail.
  • Strong and comprehensive design vision across multiple mediums.
  • Outstanding project management and time management skills.
  • Brilliant at handling the pressures of a design studio.
  • Good understanding of the latest web trends and techniques.
  • Experience in and an understanding of financial services marketing.
